Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete the data KKHS Media holds about you at any time. We only store what is needed to publish to the accounts you connect.
Option 1 — Disconnect from KKHS Media (instant)
- Sign in to KKHS Media and open Settings → Connected Accounts.
- Click Disconnect next to any YouTube channel, Facebook Page, or Instagram account.
- This immediately deletes the stored access tokens for that account from our servers.
Option 2 — Revoke from the platform
Option 3 — Request full deletion
Email [email protected] from your registered email with the subject "Delete my data". We will permanently delete all data associated with your account within 7 days and confirm by email.
After deletion, KKHS Media retains no access tokens, connection data, or analytics for the removed accounts.
